Unable to make Payment


Hi- Iam getting bills from PP but unable to make payment. By end of Jul I will moving to different appartment.Please advice as to how can I settle the payment.

Hi Gaurav
Presumably you have been paying your monthly direct debit? You can't be with Pure Planet any other way. So when you move out you need to follow the process described here -

https://community.purepla.net/content/231-Moving-home-Here-s-what-to-do#ckb_start

and you will either get a final bill or a credit - so keep your direct debit open, it makes it much easier.

I keep trying to help! If Marc gave the collection team a nudge Thursday evening/Friday morning, then you might have expected a call by Monday evening.
But I'm not sure posting here will speed the process up. Why not private message Marc to tell him his nudge hasn't had the desired effect yet? And they've definitely got your phone number?
