Unable to change direct debit date


My dad recently joined and wanted to change his direct debit date, but every time he tries to change the date he is getting a error saying it can’t be changed within 30 days of a payment, he has had this error for several months, so can’t change the date, any ideas please

Hi, are you trying to do this via the app?
(3 lines at he top, balance and payments)

If you are, then you need to contact the team directly.via Wattbot.
if you go to the app and click on the 3 lines at the top right, then click on help, then ask Wattbot, and type in 'message the team' then you can send them your message.
Might take a couple of days to get back to you, but they will.
