I would like to organise a refund of overpayments, which have acumulated to over £300 over 10 months.

How do I communicate with someone & will they respond?

Hello,

To communicate with the PP team you need to go to the app and message Wattbot requesting "message the team"

Bear in mind we are in winter therefore you should be chipping away at the credit over the next few months.

hi Zorro123
as said by Mr Smart, go to help in the app, ask wattbot, type "message the team" and ask for your account to be reviewed. You would expect to have about a months payment in credit and usage will be higher as it's colder, and your usage is estimated over a year, so you may not be as much in credit as you think.
Your account will be reviewed at the 12 month mark anyway.
