My account with PP is over £500 in credit. I still have to pay my final bill from 30/09 to 02/11 from that. I still have not had my final bill. I cancelled my direct debit last week as PP took another payment of £297 on 27/10. Pp should still hold my details on file for 60 days to allow for a refund. I moved to UW the day before PP ceased but still received e-mails saying I was moving to Shell. All my energy is now live with Utility Warehouse so I have no clue who to contact re my final PP bill or how to get the remainder of my refund (est around £300) Any help or advice would be much appreciated, thank you.
