My last payment by direct debit was approx. £117 and this month my direct debit has increased to £176. Why is this when my account overall is in credit ?

hi @Don Lacey

This will have been detailed  in your quote, PP charge more in the 6 colder months and less in the 6 warmer months. It adds up to the Annual amount you were quoted for.

example:

Annual £1760 approx.

6 payments of £117.33 April - Sept. =£704

6 Payments of £176 Oct - Mar. £1056

total £1760

Your account should always be in credit by around a months average payment (£146) but it will vary, and you can ask for a review at any time if you think it’s wrong.
