Money taken for September but no invoice received

It's just possible the weekend confused things - though that usually works the other way, in that your statement arrives and doesn't show that month's payment…

Or perhaps the emailed statement is in a spam folder?

not much for the community to go on in your post, and we don’t have access to your account.

Do you mean you haven’t received a statement yet?

You receive the first statement (by email) a month after your switch date .(It’s not an invoice it’s a statement)

Does that help or is it something else?

If you can give us a bit of background that might help or if you’d prefer to ask the team use help and support>ask a question in app or online when logged in. Persist through bot replies until it says your message has been sent to the team (replies not instant, a day or 2).
