Please Help - bills by previous tenants

Hello, I hope you are all well. I have moved into my first flat a few days ago and it was supplied by Pure Planet. However I have requested a switch to a different company but they have said that Pure Planet has stopped the switch going through, and I noticed that we have a final bill of 32.99 to pay. However I don't have an account with Pure Planet, so how do I pay this as there is nowhere to show bank details or anything? Should I make an account and pay? I would really like your help as I'm very frustrated. Thank you very much.
