I had a payment come out after I moved out

I moved out the property but I got billed a full month when I wasn’t there. And I’m still owed for overpayments too. Can anyone help. Thank you

As we aren’t Pure Planet staff, I can’t give you definite help, you’d need to either contact Pure Planet via the app, or Shell if your account’s been moved.

1: When did you move out, was it before or after Pure Planet ceased trading on 16th October 2021?

2: Did you complete the moving out section of the app?
