I guess you've read your welcome pack email as and the attachments, the welcome pack explains how the DD's are split for the warmer and colder months. Although PP carry out DD reviews on our accounts to make sure we are on track, theres nothing stopping you asking, so proceed to the APP...
- Open Help
- Open Ask wattBot
- First type "Message the Team" and post your question.....
- It takes a couple of days for a PP to respond, it can be sooner but its the weekend
- You will get a text advising that a team member has responded so look back in the APP where you post your question.
