You can Sue, but do you need to..
PP carry out DD reviews every 6 months and adjust our accounts.
PP have commenced a seasonal review, but you can ask PP via wattBot to review your account sooner...
Maybe you just need your DD adjusted.
Always commence typing with "Message the Team" then post your question.
E.g. Please review my account as I am considering making a one off payment in line with my DD being reviewed by PP??
