The Community is an open forum, if your issue is confidential you need to go to HELP on the home page (top right of screen 3 horizontal lines, click WATTBOT and type in ‘message the team ‘ then enter your issue - replies not immediate.
However, if it’s not confidential, could you give more detail of your issue so that Community Members can help. There are some really knowledgeable and informed members willing to assist.
