Just curious because PP does carry out DD reviews seasonally twice a year.
However, you need an adjustment now, so proceed to the APP and follow this method to get a PP teams members response.
Open the APP - Open Help - Open ask wattBot
You must first type: "Message the Team" then post your request for a DD review.
A team member will respond within 2 days or sooner back with bot.
Just one more point I guess you are sending meter reads frequently or at least monthly when you receive a reminder from PP.
Look out for more customer feedback and always revert back for advice.
