Hi , I would like to make a one off payment to pureplanet as my bill is higher due to my electric vehicle.

How do I do this?

It is possible to make a one-off payment see HERE
But if the vehicle is going to be used/charged regularly perhaps you need to re-estimate your annual usage and increase your DD?
You can request an increase to the DD by giong to help in the app, type "message the team" and ask there.
