Sounds like you've built up too much credit.
Our accounts should hold some credit as per the rolling advanced payment for our clean energy from the offset so approx 1 month.
PP do carry out seasonal reviews and adjust our DD's, but you do not have wait for this process... so proceed to contact PP and ask for a review.
Got to the APP: -
1) Open help
2) Open ask wattBot
3)First type "Message the Team" post your question
4) Takes up to 2 days for a PP team members response or sooner
5) Look back in the APP for the response - if you forget you get a text prompt as a reminder
