I'm not sure whether they can discuss it with you here, your best option would probably be to go to:

Help in the app.
Select 'Ask WattBot.'
Type 'message the team.'



I believe it takes a couple of days for someone to get back to you.

Hi Saritha,

Follow what you have been advised by Gwyndy.

PP does not have a call centre.
Does things a little different to save some pennies that reflect in our clean cost price energy deal.

Please note that this community forum set up by PP is for customers to support each other, provide feed and solutions which may save all round time.
