Money has been taken from my account already (presumably my outstanding balance?) but I have not received a final bill yet which I need to get my tenancy deposit back. With no way to actually contact support or see whats going, I don't know what else to do.
Why was money taken before I was informed about how much it would be? Why am I not able to contact support? When will I receive my final bill? I need it asap!

Yup this didn't sound right - checked it out with our Member Services team, and your final bill's now been emailed to you
