moved into property supplied by pureplanet how do i pay bill?

iv moved into a property supplied by pure planet.... iv setup a account but is not activated yet....bill was due 2 days ago as been here 1 month now... yet no bill came, how am i meant to pay and how can i give readings to pay for what i use not some stupid estimate when theres no contact number etc???? how do i give readings from when i moved into the property aswell??? this is useless!

yes thats what i did signed up via app, but says takes 17 days so everytime i login there still setting up my account. even when it does work im not sure how to give readings from wen i moved in up til now.
