Hi - I need to submit an electric meter reading but the app only allows me to send a gas reading. Help.

Hey @marcmatthew and welcome to the Community:o

I checked with our Member Services team, and they've let me know they've closed your account following your move out🆙 - it may be that the new property owners switched the electricity before they moved in to the property!

If you have readings from when you moved out you can let the team know by getting in touch with them via WattBot in your account.
