Hi I have received email that I did not submit my meter reading but I did that could you check that for me please. Thank you Anna

Hey @Anna SB 

In your account, under ‘Tariff and usage’ you can view your past meter readings - I’d check to make sure your readings are showing there :slight_smile:

If not, it’s best to enter your readings again, just to make sure we receive them!

as this is account specific can you send this message using help and support>ask a question (wattbot) in app or online when logged in and you’ll get a reply in a day or so as the community don’t have access to your account.

Persist through the instant replies until it says your message has been sent.

Have you looked at your account to see if the meter readings are showing?
