Not quite sure what you mean by set price?
Your Direct Debit is split into lower Summer payments and higher Winter payments, and wouldn't be set to the same all year round.
We only have one, variable tariff.
Have you switched your electricity away?
If so, you can contact the team by tapping 'help' > 'Ask WattBot' to let them know. They'll be able to review your gas usage and lower your Direct Debit as needed :checkmark:
