I requested this previously but to no action being taken indeed you have lowered my payments!

Hi Nichollspj, there must be a reason for PP to re-adjust your payments, it would be advisable to contact them directly via WattBot (not sure if you have already done this). Go to HELP on home page,click WATTBOT and type in ‘MESSAGE THE TEAM ‘ and enter your problem. PP will get back to you, although not immediately.
