Can you force a payment review on my account now? I’ve only recently joined in the summer but the start payment level is totally inadequate for winter. i want to get my account reviewed and payment adjusted now, before a debt builds.

- Proceed to Balance and Payments within the APP or online account.
- Then click on Request account review
- This takes you to PP’s digital assistant and follow the process
- Your message will be sent to a PP account handler
- Its now late on Friday and the office is closed until Monday
- Response within 2/3 working days….but often sooner
