how do i contact pure planet directly regarding money owed to me

I switched to a different provider 6 months ago or so and have had my final bill showing 260 credit but have not received a refund.  How can I chase this up?

Refunds are on hold until accounts are transferred over to Shell. 
l suspect you will get the refund in the new year once all accounts are moved over.
