I read a Discussion, started within the PP Community, questioning what the process is for landlords to pay a PP bill for a small time period between tenants. We rent out our flat and our previous tenant was a PP customer. We, presumably(?) have to pay a bill to PP for the 1 month gap between our previous and new tenant.
Our new tenant can't set up a new account until we have established and paid the outstanding bill. Is there any process in place for people in our position? Any advice you can offer will be very gratefully received. Thanks, Gary
