Have you received bill statement for June-July 2021?

I have not received this month the usage bill for June-July 2021. Usually the electricity & gas smart meters are recorded 25th of every month & I have the bill max by 28th of the month.

 

But, this month I dont have any bill statement generated. I don’t have it on the app as well.

Sounds like a glitch @vishalj... 

In the app tap Help then Ask a Question. Now tell the Wattbot machine your situation. It likely won’t understand, so type Message the team to get the attention of a real human.

They should reply in a few days.

I just checked this one out with our Member Services team, to make sure bills are going out OK, and it looks like your statement was actually generated about an hour ago! (29 July) 

You should be able to view it in your app now/ when logged in at purepla.net, though the email notification may not be with you until this evening.
