Final bill

Hi, I have moved out, I have sent my last meter reading. However, I can't access to my account in the app or on the browser after that. When I access it open empty acount asking my to Get a quote. I tries on the browser, its the same, asking my to Get a quote.
I want to access to final bill and the previous bills.

did you fill in the move out section?
Your statements are not available online, they are sent by email every month-have a look in your emails.
You will get the final bill it can take up to 6 weeks but is usually quicker.
(it's best not to cancel direct debit as pp wont be able to refund/charge you)
