Hi Billy C, also, click HERE for more info regarding reading statements.
Hi Billy C,

As stated DR indicates a debit balance. You have been with PP about the same length of time as I have. I currently have a £200 credit balance on my account.
Your £400 debit balance indicates to me one of two possible scenarios.
1. You are using significantly more energy than in your previous year.
OR
2. The figures that you have supplied to PP during your switching process were not representative of your actual historical annual usage.
To put it another way..... you have underestimated your projected annual usage, and as a consequence, your current DD payment schedule will not meet your actual usage.
I suggest that you contact PP directly through the App via WattBot and request that PP reviews your current payment/usage figures.

hi BillyC
Do you mind me asking a few questions? No need to reply if you don't want to.
How long have you been with PP?
How much is your payment at the moment and what was it with your previous provider?
Have you been submitting regular readings?
Have the readings appeared on your statements?
Finally you've been getting regular statements by email, have a look and see how the debt has built up over time which will give you more idea of what you need to do.
Just looking to see where it's gone askew for you.
