Should I cancel my direct debit? I’m sure im due a refund from them, so will need my details to refund me. But I don’t want to have to pay another payment before this happens.

Sorry you left, any particular reason for that?
It is not recommend for you to cancel the DD as it makes any refund unable to be paid promptly as it will be refunded via the DD acct. You could change the date of the DD to as late as possible or message the team and ask for it to be reduced.
