I have recently accidentally cancelled the direct debit too early, we are moving out of the property and didn't realise I need to keep it open so we can get money sent back to us. Still waiting on a call or email back. Can anyone provide the bank details please?

If PP owe you money they will need your bank details, not you their bank details. See below.
If you owe PP there is a facility for one-off payments HERE, but the easier route is for you to reset up your direct debit, go to help ask wattbot type "message the team" and give your bank details there/or re-set up the dd.
