Direct Debit


Had trouble with direct debit last month. Set direct debit up again no payment taken this month

Hi Jerry,
As this is account specific you will need to contact the PP team by going to the app click on three lines top right, go to help, Wattbot, start message with " message the team " and enquire there, you should receive a reply within two working days, it is not instant.if you forget to check back, you should receive a text to inform you you have received a reply
