Need to telephone and speak to someone about setting up my direct debit again. It was cancelled by mistake. Received a email saying someone would phone me but nothing. Running up a big bill?

Hi, PP is an app based company. Tjey dont have any call centres.
send your message to the team directly via Wattbot again.
if you go to the app and click on the 3 lines at the top right, then click on help, then ask Wattbot, and type in 'message the team' then you can send them your message.
They should get back to you
