Direct debit

Hi - I’ve just received notification that you’re taking £134 by way of direct debit - I would prefer to spread the cost over 12 months. Can you please amend my direct debit so that you’re taking £110 per month, which is about right for my usage based on my previous year’s supply.

also, please can you change the date the payment is taken to the 1st of every month.

Your welcome pack etc...explains that PP's DD system operates by 6 higher DD's during the colder periods as in 60% of your projected energy cost and lower for the warmer 6 periods which equates to 40%.

You can change the DD date in the APP re Balance and Payments.
