hi, im hoping someone can help me? as pure planet do not seem to have a customer service number... I have had to join this on behalf of my parents.....they are oaps and do not understand the internet...they have recently moved from pure planet and are in credit with them by quite a bit. What is my mums options in getting this back?

your parents new supplier will send the opening readings to a third party validation company, which will then send those readings to Pure Planet, A final bill will then be produced and any credit paid back via the direct debit details, so don't cancel the direct debit. The whole process takes 6-8 weeks.
