I left pure planet in September there was credit of £90 approx in my account I was fully switched over in October and had an email to say My final bill had gone out and I would recieve my refund within a month it’s now December it hasn’t been credited to my new supplier and I haven’t had any money back what do I do ????

Hi Katie due to PP going into administration your refund has been delayed. Shell who is taking over PP accounts will issue the refund to you (not to your new supplier). They are currently setting up our accounts and transferring credit information over, once this is done they will be in touch regarding your refund, I suspect in the new year.
