Card payment

Does anyone know if you can make a card payment or pay direct to their collections? Missed my DD but get paid Fri so wondered if I can pay another way. Can't find any info anywhere.

there is a facility to make a one-off payment but it's not really intended for your circumstances.
When you say you missed the DD, I assume you mean your bank didn't allow it to be taken?
If you've missed a payment go to help in the app, ask wattbot, type "message the team" and explain, they'll get back to you with options. Replies aren't instant.

Hi I'm wanting to make a one of payment on friday to catch up as I get paid and I've missed my DD yesterday I don't get paid the same date every month so need to change my date monthly to coinside with my paydays.

@woz and @Angelabikerbabe have made good points - you can make a one-off payment with the link they've provided and you can change your Direct Debit date in the app (after you've made your first payment) under 'Balance and payments'.
