I have tried the app on various devices and it will not open the ‘enter meter readings’ page.
I get a server error and then it times out. How do I contact you to supply the readings?
Is your account new? i.e. has it just been switched?
If you are live with pure planet then email firstname.lastname@example.org
Remember to give them your name, address and contact number and let them know you are having problems submitting readings. They should pick the email up and get back to you.
