As per previous posts I want myDirect debit amended to pay som payments to clos up my outstanding amount of 800 pounds.

Hi, as this is a personal/ individual matter, you need to go to Wattbot and type in 'message the team' then you can send them a message about it . Might take a couple of days to get back to you, but they will.
