Hi,

A bill has been sent to our new address for a period of time prior to our taking over the tenancy. How to I get the information to you to forward the bill to the relevant person?

Hello alexpadmore.

If you go to the help section tap on it and then tap on wattbot. Type message the team then explain the situation somebody will get back to you within a day. I presume the bill is the liability of your landlord?
