Hi,
I moved in in this new house and my landlord end the contract with pure planet. I made a new contract with another company but the switch will be completed in 2 weeks. So I received from pure planet the bill of this last month and I do not know how to pay it

On the assumption that you have the app installed, if you go to "help' and enter 'pay bill' in 'Ask WattBot' you will get this screen.



Which should allow you to make a one-off payment.
