My bill has recently been
updated and it’s now saying I owe £1500. Can anyone help with this?

Hi Louise,

Welcome to the Community forum for PP members.
You need to contact the PP team to ask your question.

Open the PP App
Click the 3 lines at the top right
Open the Help tab
Open Ask Wattbot
Enter "Message the team" and send
Then input your question in detail and a member of the PP TEAM will respond within 2 days.... usually quicker tho'

Hello louise.
It would be useful if you double cheaked all the meter readings as it may be possible you have given an incorrect reading, especially on the gas.
