add direct debit

I’m unable to add dir3ct débit via app.  It keeps timing out.  Clearly issue with app. 
if I can’t set up DD how else do I pay. .?

Can you log in online at Purepla.net (device you use will need to be able to receive your email?), can you try that?

Try deleting and reloading app (it might not help but it’s worth a try)

are you able to use help and support in app?

if no joy with above  send message to the team, persist through bot replies, they will sort it.

Yeah as meantioned above uninstall the app and reinstall and should help with direct debit or login to the website and try that way.  Best of luck
