We collect your first Direct Debit on the day we start supplying your energy (usually that’s 17 days after you confirm your switch).
You can view your Direct Debit details, including the date of your first payment, in your Welcome Pack. We email this to you when you start your switch.
You can also view your Direct Debit information in your account under ‘Balance and payments’.
We collect your Direct Debit on the same date each month - so if you come on supply with us on 17 June, your first payment will be 17 June, and then on the 17th of each month subsequently.
If this date falls on a weekend, we collect your Direct Debit the next working day.
