To change your Direct Debit date or bank details, from your account homepage select ‘view your balance & payments’ > ‘change payment date’, and/or ‘change bank account’, as needed.
Change payment date
You'll see a date for your next payment - you can change this date to one that suits you.
If your next payment is due in 10 days or sooner, your account will let you know it’s too close to change it, for now. You’ll be able to change it once the next payment has been made.
Change Direct Debit details
Still under ‘Balance & payments’ you’ll see your current details.
Just tap ‘change bank account’ and let us know your new account name, account number and sort code.
That’s it! You’re all done.
