Whenever you’re moving home, you can't take your energy supplier with you - instead, you become a deemed customer of whoever supplies the property you move in to.
That’s because your energy account is ‘attached’ to the property’s meters and energy usage.
Don't worry, you can of course switch back to Pure Planet once you've moved in to your new property!
Just let us know when you’re moving home (go to your account menu, ‘account’ > ‘move out’). We’ll close the account for that property, and send you a final bill.
Then, once you’ve moved into your new property, you can start a new switch to Pure Planet for your new address.
We’ll let you know before you confirm your move out if you’ll incur any exit fees - don’t worry, if you switch your new property to Pure Planet we’ll refund these.
Plus, if you switch back to Pure Planet within three months of moving, you’ll get a £25 reward! Just be sure to use the same email address as before when you switch.
