If you’ve recently moved into your home (congratulations!) and it's on Pure Planet’s energy supply, we can get you up and running in no time.
Moving house is a tricky time, so we want to help as much as we can.
As well as providing you clean energy with zero mark-up on prices, we also offer a £25 credit to your account if you decide to stay with Pure Planet.
Once in your new home you’ll receive a letter in the post telling you about us. The letter has simple instructions on how to enter a unique, one-off code when you join us on our website.

Don’t worry! You can still sign up your property as outlined below - when we ask for your code, just select ‘enter your postcode manually’ instead.
Step 1 - your details
Let us know your address, the date you became responsible for the property and your energy usage info.
Step 2 - choose the tariff that suits you
Peace of mind with a fixed tariff, flexibility with a variable tariff. All our tariffs are made up of monthly Membership fee (standing charge) and a Members’ rate (kWh unit rate) for gas and electricity.
We'll show you a summary of your chosen tariff before you confirm your details.
Step 3 - let us know your meter readings
We'll ask for your opening meter readings. By default, your readings will be set to the date you told us you moved in.
Couldn’t take your readings straightaway? Don’t worry - you can change the date if you need to. You can also skip this step if you don’t have any readings!
Step 4 - your payment details
Let us know your payment information, then we’ll show you a summary of your move in info.
Then, just tap ‘confirm’. Verify your email address, and you’re all done!
We’ll send you a welcome pack via email confirming the details of your account. This includes your Direct Debit details, your tariff information and our Terms and Conditions.
