Firstly, don’t worry!
If you think you’ve sent an incorrect reading just let our Member Services team know by tapping ‘help’ > ‘Ask a question’ in your account and typing “I sent the wrong reading”.
WattBot will collect some information from you and pass this on to our Member Services team. The team may also then request photos of your meter readings - you can just reply to that email with your meter photos.
They’ll use all this information to amend your account for you.
