Hi all
Just to let you know that over the next couple of days we're going to start emailing short questionnaires to our Members who've had a smart meter installed by us.
This is to help us understand how we're doing so far in our 2nd generation smart meter (SMETS2) pilot phase.
If you've had a meter installed by Magnum on behalf of Pure Planet in recent months, we'd really appreciate you completing the survey - it won't take more than a couple of minutes to complete. :raisinghands:

Smart meter fitted today

Does not work 

Unplugged n placed under meter in garage as message is move closer.  This still did not work, although it’d be pointless there!

I think you must mean your IHD, not your smart meter.

This might help:
