Last month the big news from Pure Planet is that we’re dropping our prices. The new rates for electricity and gas take effect from 1 May. And we also turned three years old!
April was also the month we started our EVs pilot here in the community. Despite Covid-19 many of us are still needing to drive. So we’re getting some great data and feedback from pilot members about the kinds of products and services we can offer in the future.

Speak of smart, we’ve now stopped sending meter reading reminders to Members with smart meters, as we’re now getting your smart readings, yay!
Elsewhere at PP’s virtual HQ we’re making progress with our migration to the new community platform.
We’re on track for a switch to the new platform in June, but there’ll be lots more progress updates between now and then.
