We just wanted to let you know we’re currently an investigating an issue with the Pure Planet app displaying the incorrect error screen.
Following a major app release today (Monday 21 June), it’s displaying a ‘server error’. It should be displaying a message that you need to update your app to the latest version.
To be able to access your app, you can go to the App Store or Google Play store to update it directly.
If you’re unable to do that, you can still access your account and get in touch with us by logging in to your online account at purepla.net.
Thanks for your patience while we investigate this.
Update Tues 22 June
Unfortunately, we’re unable to make any changes to the message that’s being displayed.
What that means is, you’ll continue to see the ‘server error’ page until your app has been updated.
The best thing to do is head to your App Store or Play Store to download the latest app - version 9.0.0.
Our website is also available if you need to access your account in the meantime.

It looks like we’ve got a pretty good % of Members now on the new/latest version of the app. We’ve also added a message to the Pure Planet website which looks like this:
