We’ve released a new version of your Pure Planet app and web account.
In this update, you’ll notice your ‘Tariff & usage’ section has been split in two. This is to make it clearer and quicker to find the info you’re looking for.
Under ‘Tariff’ you can access your: tariff details, contract end date, change tariff, unit rates and Membership fee.
Under ‘Usage’ you can view your usage graph, and meter reading history.
From today we’ve also introduced new auto-replies to emails. Whenever anyone uses email@example.com to contact us, they’ll get an auto reply to explain WattBot is the quickest way to get in touch - either from searching WattBot or by messaging our Member Services team. The auto reply also has links to the Community of course!

We have lots of exciting new things coming your way soon. While our lips are sealed on the specifics for now… we can say this update also includes plenty of background work, ready for new features to be introduced in future.
Of course, the Community will be the first to know about anything new, so watch this space!
Remember the latest version of the app may not appear for everyone straight away. It usually takes up to 24 hours for all app stores to be updated.
